Rhyl rocks !!
Well - not exactly, but it was jam packed full of soul last night.
On a cold, very wet night, we were warmed by the boys once again. I love your singing, I love your sense of humour, I feel your commitment to the audience - it's just a pity that they took sooooo long to stand up and join in! - and it wasn't for Garry's lack of trying.
We sat in our seats whilst watching Black - who was superb by the way, but after the break, we moved seats from quite near the front, to the back, so that we could stand up and dance through your set. It is a much better way of connecting with your music I find.
I heard the funniest thing ever last night when Garry took his usual 'where am I - what am I doing next' stance between songs. Someone shouted out to him 'Rhyl --- mike --- sing' short and sweet and hysterically funny. I wonder if he was the same man who had his 'mates' in his pocket when Garry asked for us to all bring our friends with us next time.
The evening went oh so quickly and we were left once again wanting more. Thanks to Garry and the lads, and Bobby - I'm so glad you kept awake long enough to see the set through!! Babies and teething take their toll as you are finding out!!
See you all again soon, and keep up the good work. Still hoping for another Alicia gig this year - any chance?

PS - Andrew - where were you? The bar was empty without you!!
