Hi

To anyone going to the gig in Solihull tomorrow night, would anyone be prepared to print out a few flyers and hand them out if I email it to you?

I did it at the Pocklington gig last week and it seems to have generated a few new members for the forum

Just pm with your email address and I'll send it on

Regan I didn't see this until 30 minutes before I set off for the gig. B*gger. It was an ideal place to hand out flyers as well as everyone retired to the cafe outside at the interval. As it was, Garry's announcement of the web address got lost in some audience banter.

Fabulous show by the boys as usual. Music works well acoustically but very different to the full band and indeed a different instrumental array from the 99/00 acoustic outings (when we had Henry's accordion).

Fantastically warm and loud crowd - Garry commented the best of the tour so far. Place not full. Oh what they could achieve with better promotion. From listening to chatter I reckon much of last night's audience think that the band haven't been on the road since the '80s.

Hi

Don't worry about the flyers, but I really wish we could come up with something re: advertising and getting the band back in the limelight.

If I win the lottery on wednesday or saturday the first thing I do will be to take out a full page advert in every paper to advertise the Cavern Club gig.

If anyone wants flyers for the remaining gigs just let me know and I'll email them
